Plug&Play area: commercial furniture for a bank
How do you build furniture that survives a flow of thousands of customers and still looks good? For ForteBank we built a vandal-resistant, good-looking Plug&Play area. Where the difficulty lay: Bringing together curved forms, a gloss finish and a mass of electronics inside. We used composite materials (fibreglass + MDF) to reach perfect geometry with no corners. What we did: Built a smoothly curved desk for three terminals. Integrated the monitors so that no cable spoils the look (everything is hidden inside the carcass, reached through service hatches). Finished it all in piano-gloss white lacquer (acrylic) for a premium look.
Open Space workstation with added privacy
Client: ForteBank Technical solutions: Composite technology: a plywood frame and fibreglass were used to form the perfect curve of the walls. That avoided the cracks and joints you get with curved plasterboard or laminated chipboard. Final finish: multi-layer acrylic lacquer (white gloss). The surface is impact-resistant and easy to clean. Decor and signage: routed perforation on the carcass and three-dimensional signage elements fitted (desk number). Work surface: toughened glass following the radius of the structure. Result: a complex engineering project delivered and installed in 68 days.

23 years designing furniture for Kazakh interiors. Our own workshop in Almaty, equipped with CNC machinery, lets us produce curved laminated forms and complex architectural solutions — from a reception desk to a luxury-class kitchen. We work across Kazakhstan: on-site measuring, delivery and turnkey assembly. The same premium materials (Egger, Blum) whatever the size of the order.

Timings and stages
On-site measure and 3D design
A surveyor comes out free of charge anywhere in Almaty and the Almaty region, on the day you get in touch. We build a photorealistic 3D design of your kitchen, sliding-door wardrobe or walk-in wardrobe, worked around the particulars of your layout. We select Egger laminated chipboard and premium Blum hardware. The final price is fixed in a formal contract, with no hidden charges and no extras.
Production
Our own furniture workshop in Almaty has been running since 2002. It is equipped with German CNC machinery for complex curved laminated forms and curved fronts. We make cabinet furniture from Austrian E1-class Egger laminated chipboard. We fit Blum hardware rated for 20 years of service. Standard production takes 15–25 working days. Quality is checked at every stage.
Delivery across Kazakhstan
We deliver made-to-measure furniture anywhere in Kazakhstan, in our own vehicles and through freight companies. Within Almaty, delivery and carrying up to the flat are free. To the regions — Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe, Karaganda — we ship in 3–7 days, with the load insured and fully protected. We carry everything into the flat carefully, even where there is no lift. Sturdy packing keeps it all intact.
Assembly and warranty
Qualified fitters assemble kitchens and wardrobes in a single day and clear away the building waste when they finish. We connect built-in appliances and plumbing. We issue a warranty certificate covering every component and all premium hardware for a term from 18 months to 5 years. Servicing is available in Almaty for as long as the furniture is in use.
