Questions about price

How much does a made-to-measure kitchen cost? The price depends on the dimensions, the materials and the hardware. At the Meizer studio kitchens start from 350 000 tenge. We work out the exact figure individually, after a free on-site measure.

How is the price calculated? The price is made up of materials, hardware, manufacturing and installation. After measuring we prepare an itemised quote, so you can see exactly what every figure covers.

Do you charge for measuring? No, measuring is free. We come out at a time that suits you, anywhere in Almaty.

Questions about lead times

How long does a kitchen take? From 15 to 25 working days from the day the contract is signed. The exact dates go into the contract.

How long does a sliding-door wardrobe take? From 7 to 14 working days. Walk-in wardrobes take from 14 to 20 working days.

Can it be done faster? Sometimes it can — ask us when you get in touch. Rush orders are agreed case by case.

Which materials do you use?

Can I choose my own materials? Yes, we work with whatever materials you choose. We can also help you pick the best option for your budget.

Questions about warranty and service

What warranty comes with the furniture? From 18 months to 5 years on everything we make — carcass, door fronts and hardware. The exact term is fixed in the contract. We put right any manufacturing defect at our own cost.

What if something breaks after the warranty runs out? We look after our furniture after the warranty period too. Get in touch and we will help with a repair or a replacement part.

How does payment work?

We accept cash, card transfer and Kaspi Pay.

How do I place an order?

Questions about the studio and where we work

How long has Meizer been making furniture? Meizer has been making custom furniture in Almaty since 2002 — its own CNC-equipped workshop and more than twenty years of continuous trading.

Which cities do you serve? Manufacturing and free on-site measurement cover Almaty and Almaty Region. We deliver across Kazakhstan, including Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe and Karaganda. Delivery to other cities takes 3–7 days.

Where is the studio? Workshop and office: 9 Bulkysheva St, Almaty. Please arrange a time by phone or WhatsApp before visiting.
