It is best to arrange a visit in advance: the workshop is a working space, and we would rather be there to show you material and hardware samples than simply unlock the door.
Measuring and site visits
Measuring across Almaty and the Almaty region is free, and we come out the same day you get in touch. At the visit we take the dimensions, discuss the internal fit-out and the materials, and then prepare a 3D design and a quote. Until the contract is signed this costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
To other cities in Kazakhstan — Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe, Karaganda — we ship the finished furniture in 3–7 days with the load insured. In that case you or your fitter take the dimensions; we explain in detail how to do it and re-check the drawing before anything goes into production.
What happens after you write to us
- We will ask a few questions: the room, rough dimensions, your timeline, a budget bracket.
- We agree a measure-up — or, for other regions, a dimensioned drawing.
- We send a 3D design and an itemised quote.
- Once it is agreed we sign the contract, with a fixed price and an installation date.
