Lead times and stages

Measure → Production → Delivery → Assembly. Four stages, and for each of them we name the time in advance and write it into the contract. Below is what happens at each one and how long it actually takes.

1. Measuring and 3D design

A surveyor comes out free of charge across Almaty and the Almaty region, on the day you get in touch. On site we take the dimensions allowing for out-of-true walls and the position of sockets, pipework and the ventilation duct — which is exactly where “furniture from a catalogue” usually falls apart.

We then produce a photo-realistic 3D design of the kitchen, sliding-door wardrobe or walk-in wardrobe for your particular layout, select the Egger laminated chipboard and Blum hardware, and fix the final price in the contract — with no hidden charges and no extras added later.

How long it takes: a visit the same day; the design and quote usually 1–3 days.

2. Production

Our own workshop in Almaty has been running since 2002 and is equipped with German CNC machinery — needed for complex curved laminated forms and radiused fronts. We build cabinet furniture from Austrian Egger laminated chipboard, E1 class, and fit Blum hardware rated for around 20 years of use. Quality is checked at every stage, not only at the end.

How long it takes: standard production 15–25 working days. By type: a kitchen 15–25 working days, a sliding-door wardrobe 7–14, a walk-in wardrobe 14–20.

3. Delivery across Kazakhstan

We deliver with our own vehicles and through freight companies. Within Almaty, delivery and carrying the units up to your floor are free — we bring them in carefully even where there is no lift. To the regions — Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe, Karaganda — we ship in 3–7 days, with the load insured and packed for the journey.

How long it takes: Almaty as soon as it is ready; other regions 3–7 days.

4. Assembly and warranty

Our fitters assemble a kitchen or a wardrobe in a single day and clear away the mess afterwards. We connect integrated appliances and plumbing. After installation you get a warranty certificate for a term from 18 months to 5 years covering the components and hardware; the warranty terms are set out in the contract. Servicing in Almaty remains available after the warranty period ends.

How long it takes: one day on site.

Can it be done faster

Sometimes, yes — we discuss rush orders case by case, but honestly: speeding things up almost always means a simpler construction, or a material that happens to be in stock. We do not buy time back out of drying, edging or quality control, so if it cannot be done faster we will say so.
